John Christopher Clark, ESQ is a Principal Litigation Attorney at Baurlich Dugoni & Suttmann Law Group. Inc.

John's law practice focuses on litigation involving probate and trust-related matters, real estate, and business matters.

Prior to joining BDS, John worked as a Senior Attorney at Rusconi, Foster & Thomas, APC in Morgan Hill, California. He was responsible for all litigation-related matters, from civil, business, contracts, probate, and real estate litigation, counseling clients in estate planning and trust administration.

John received his B.S. from Loyola Marymount University (Los Angeles, California) in Biology and his J.D. with a concentration in civil litigation from the Santa Clara University School of Law (Santa Clara, California). While at Santa Clara, he served as the Business Editor of the Computer & High Technology Law Journal.

When not at work, John is either barbecuing something special, watching or attending a sports event, or enjoying a relaxing round of golf.
