Elizabeth A. Baker is an Associate in the firm's litigation group where she focuses primarily on trust and estate litigation, tax litigation, and civil litigation. Ms. Baker is also a Certified Public Accountant and uses the skills she learned during her time practicing as a tax accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers to generate innovative litigation and tax strategies for her clients. Ms. Baker frequently represents trustees, beneficiaries, and other interested parties in will and trust contests, beneficiary and trustee disputes, and complex tax matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Baker worked as a Corporate Associate at a major international law firm in the San Francisco Bay Area where she represented investors and entrepreneurs throughout the life cycle of business ventures, including entity formation, venture capital financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Baker received her B.S. degree in Business Administration (graduating summa cum laude with a major in accounting) from the University of San Francisco in 2009 and her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law in 2016. During law school, Ms. Baker received the award for Best Oral Argument in her Written and Oral Advocacy course and earned the J.D. Business Law Certificate.
