Megan Buggy

Megan Buggy is an Associate Attorney at Barulich Dugoni and Suttmann Law Group, Inc. in the Estate Administration practice. Megan was admitted to the California State Bar in 2018. She received her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2018 and her LL.M. from University of San Francisco School of Law in 2021. Prior to that, she received her B.A. degree in Media Studies from the University of Oregon in 2015. During her time at USF, Megan was on the Dean's List and the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Graduate Corporate Taxation. During her time at Santa Clara, Megan was on the Dean's List and the recipient of both the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Federal Income Taxation and Corporate Taxation, and the Witkin Awards for Academic Excellence in Legal Research and Writing, and Criminal Procedure.

Prior to working at BD&S, Megan worked as a Senior Associate at Andersen Tax in San Francisco, leading tax associates, providing tax and financial planning to ultra-high net worth clients, and researching and deconstructing complex tax law issues. Megan also worked as a legal assistant for the Law Offices of Linda Yu in Fremont and as a tax and small business legal assistant for Small Business Consulting, Inc. in Scotts Valley.
